DSB, Global Numbering Agency for OTC derivatives, recognised as ANNA Partner

The Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA) has recognised the Derivatives Service Bureau (DSB) as an ANNA Partner at its December General Meeting. This is a milestone achievement with the DSB becoming one of the first global numbering agencies confirmed as an ANNA Partner for its issuance of ISINs, Classification of Financial Instruments (CFIs) and Financial Instrument Short Names (FISN) for OTC derivatives globally, in recognition of the global nature of this market.

Becoming an ANNA partner establishes the DSB’s formal recognition as a numbering agency and affirms the ongoing commitment to the evolution of international standards for OTC derivatives since its inception. Working closely with ANNA, other standards bodies and the wider industry, the DSB will continue to drive the development of financial standards to enable interoperability, transparency and efficiency across global markets.

More details about ANNA’s partners and members can be found on ANNA’s website here.
