In order to reduce number of failed ToTV File Download requests, the users are requested to set up their processes such that they start polling the DSB’s ToTV File

Download data no earlier than the daily ToTV files may be possibly made available, specifically:

ToTV v1 File Download users are asked to avoid sending requests to the DSB for the daily files download

• between midnight and 10:00am CET for Production
• between midnight and midday CET for UAT

ToTV v2 File Download users are asked to avoid sending requests to the DSB for the daily files download

• between midnight and midday UTC for UAT
