Carike holds the position of Corporate Actions and Reference Data Manager at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) within the Information Services Division. With almost two decades of dedicated service at the JSE, she possesses extensive expertise in Corporate Actions and reference data, focusing on the assignment and maintenance of ISINs, FISN, and CFI codes within the South African market. Additionally, she oversees the management of the NNA in South Africa. As a committee member of the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS), she represents the country in ISO TC68/SC8, specialising in Reference Data for Financial Services. Her professional background includes diverse operational roles, providing a comprehensive understanding of front, middle, and back-office stockbroking operations.
